We’re Emma and Lauren, the friendly faces behind The Treatment Rooms in Braintree.
Between us, we share a love for helping people feel confident, comfortable, and genuinely happy in their own skin.

Emma founded The Treatment Rooms after a career in private aviation, bringing with her an eye for detail, luxury service, and genuine care for every client. Lauren, known in the salon as our “Laser Queen,” joined with a passion for hair removal and results-driven treatments. Together, we’ve created a welcoming, inclusive clinic that combines expert care with a down-to-earth, friendly atmosphere with over 295 5* reviews on google.
